Lynch Creek Farm's Fresh Evergreen decorations are the freshest around, made from living plant material retrieved from the forests of the Pacific Northwest. Our evergreen decorations will last an incredibly long time, but the lifespan does vary depending on a few factors.
Climate and proper care make the biggest difference in the longevity of our evergreen products. We always suggest you place your evergreen product outside when possible as our fresh evergreen decorations are living, breathing products that thrive in fresh air. The lifespan of your evergreen decoration will also be prolonged by spritzing the evergreens with water every few days to maintain moisture. In colder climates or northern states, our evergreen decorations typically last about 6-8 weeks outdoors. So, wreaths delivered around December 1st should last through Christmas with proper care. Many of our customers in colder climates have let us know that their wreaths have lasted through March!
In dry climates or southern states, our evergreen decorations typically last about 4-6 weeks outdoors. So, wreaths delivered around December 1st should also last through Christmas with proper care. Even in warmer climates, we have seen them last through the middle of January.
If you place your fresh evergreen decoration inside your home, they will last about 3 weeks with regular spritzing/watering. For this reason we suggest centerpieces be shipped in December so they will last through the Christmas holiday.
In short, Lynch Creek Farm evergreens will last you considerably longer than our competitors' products, but the lifespan can vary greatly from customer to customer.
