Contributions made to fundraising groups, either via donation or sales percentage, go through FlipGive (the company that hosts the fundraising web pages) which is a for-profit entity and not a registered charity. As such they are not permitted to issue tax receipts for donations.
However, if a non-profit organization has a fundraiser set up with us, you can request that they issue a tax receipt for any direct donations you have made to the team.
