To find out who sent your gift, look for a Gift Message printed on a white packing label that is located on the inside flap of the box (just open the first set of flaps and you should see the white label affixed to one of the second set of flaps, before the box is fully open).

NOTE: To help us easily find the Gift Message we prefer to use the Shipment Number, which can be found at the bottom of the UPS shipping label on the outside of the box (Reference #2) and starts with "CS". We can also look up the Gift Message using the address the item was shipped to.
