The salmon product we offer are not certified organic, and we can't ever make that claim. The term "organic" means that the animal or plant was raised under organic standards in a (reasonably) controlled environment their entire life, free of pesticides, growth hormones, GMOs, etc. Wild salmon could never meet the controlled environment standard since it is wild-caught and grows in the wild.
